Volunteer with Us!

Volunteers offer more than a helping hand; their presence creates profound impacts on our clients’ lives. Their efforts go beyond individual change; they spread awareness and inspire others to join in. Volunteering allows for shared experiences and the nurturing of belonging for both volunteers and clients.   

There are many volunteer opportunities at Arundel House of Hope.

Opportunities for individuals and small groups:

• Provide case management. 
• Facilitate a support group or social activity.  
• Teach a skills class.   
• Prepare meals and bagged lunches.  
• Host a warm lunch & social hour.  
• Complete yard work & home repairs.  
• Mentor a Micah 6 client. 
• Coordinate donation campaigns.  
• Assist with administrative tasks.

  

Opportunities for organizations and communities of faith:

• Host Winter Relief.
• Assist a Winter Relief host site for a week if you are unable to host in your building. 
• Stock a Micah 6 client’s apartment with home essentials. 
• Organize donation drives. 
• Organize large projects to address program needs.
